The Radicle Civics team has been developing the Living Stewardship Agreement as an emerging response to the question: What could a new social contract become in a more-than-human civics?
This has emerged from deep reflections on the limitations of Rights of Nature and also how we establish a culture of care in ‘unbounded commons’, those with fuzzy boundaries (vs. Ostrom’s well-established Common Pool Resources). The team has written this blog/paper which captures their thinking so far on some key questions.
