BFF Innovation Cards
These pattern cards are designed to help you be creative and rigorous in your BFF design.

Practice forms concepts,
and concepts form practice.
Based on real life examples emerging in the field of Bioregional Finance, we have abstracted patterns that, in turn, become the scaffold around which new practices form.
Using cards that describe generic patterns is a commonly used practice in innovation to boost creativity, learn from past experience, and inspire new thinking. Technologies like these help our brain make new connections and use what exists while allowing context to inform the final shape of the result.
The physical cards can be used in-place, in-person, and in-context to inform Bioregional Finance design in workshop formats with multiple stakeholder groups. The online repository provides additional details as well as constantly updated nuances, learnings, and emerging case studies.
The set comprises
7 types of cards.
