On September 2, 2026, Leon joined his co-author Samantha Power and her colleague Tyler Wakefield in one of their BioFi Community of Practice Deep Dives.

He shared where he sees the European BFF landscape at and where it might be headed in the next few years. He also highlighted inspiring examples, discussed emerging patterns, reflected on key challenges, and explored what questions are particularly alive for him at the moment.

During the session, Leon launched the RZ Studio and the European Headwaters Flow Fund.
